Project Manager – Holland, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with an industrial automation company in Holland, Michigan to fill their Project Manager role. This role is now open due to growth and internal promotions within the company. In this role, you will plan, direct and coordinate project activities to ensure that the customer and company expectations for quality, cost and timing are met.

What you will get to do:
  • Build manufacturing solutions for customers, starting with the purchase all the way through install
  • Own and grow the business by providing technical expertise in the quoting process and managing customer relationships over the life of the projects
  • Take ownership of projects by constructing project parameters, coordinating engineering activities, monitoring the schedules, managing finances, verifying designs, providing leadership, along with customer updates
  • Collaborate with the project teams to resolve issues and share expertise
  • Manage multiple projects (10-20) simultaneously that are at varying stages of the process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process development activities to ensure customer satisfaction
What will make you successful:
  • 3+ years of technical automation experience
  • Experience working on the floor in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and provide clear, specific and proactive communication
  • Capacity to manage some stress in the workplace
  • Ability to work autonomously but also participate as a part of a small team
  • Owner mentality, interested and excited to actively participate as an owner (ESOP) of the company
