Project Manager – LaGrange, Georgia
DISHER is currently partnering with a wheel blast company in LaGrange, Georgia to fill their Project Manager role on the team. In this role, you will be plan and manage project deliverables and oversee all activities throughout the project to ensure customer needs are meet and objectives are achieved. You will also act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the project.

What you will get to do:
  • Lead the design, implementation, testing and startup of projects
  • Participate in risk assessment meetings and proactively monitor risks
  • Work on a variety of OEM and Equipment Modernization Programs (EMP) projects
  • Communicate with customer and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Service
  • Create and execute project work plans and revisions to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Review project costing to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Participate in risk assessment meetings and proactively monitor risks
  • Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure continuous improvement
What will make you successful:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management preferably with equipment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • PMP certification would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with blast equipment and its operation
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to gain buy in from team members
  • Organized and detail oriented to keep documentation of work
  • Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
