Regional Sales Manager (Technical Sales) –  Midwest (IN, OH, MI, KY, WV, Western PA)
DISHER is currently partnering with a world leader in CNC machine manufacturing in Noblesville, Indiana to fill their Regional Sales Manager role on the team. In this role, you will drive the process of proven sales concepts and tools to provide innovative machine solutions that are customized based on customer needs.

What you will get to do:
  • Identify and develop relationships in efforts to create new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Act as key technical resource to Midwest customers, while working closely with executive management, engineering, operations and marketing to help drive and meet business goals.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical leadership and product education, both internally and externally.
  • Performs sales tasks throughout an assigned territory to present the Company’s solutions and achieve market share.
  • Explore and select potential Dealers for assigned territories as required and train dealer teams as needed.
  • Record updates to CRM system and provide Yearly, Monthly Forecasts and other reports as requested by Management.
  • Meet/Exceed sales targets and act as company expert on technical trends and innovations.
What will make you successful:
  • 4+ years of previous technical engineering and sales experience with metal cutting tools
  • Previous experience with CNC/machine tooling 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Approximately 60-70% travel throughout the Midwest (IN, OH, MI, KY, WV, Western PA)
  • Excitement to jump in and drive the company forward
  • Collaborative spirit to work cohesively with a cross-functional team
  • Degree is preferred but adequate experience will also be considered
  • Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
