Regional Sales Manager – Work Remotely

DISHER is currently partnering with a growing, global material handling and logistic solutions company on their need for a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive material handling sales through identification and generation of customer opportunities. You will develop and maintain client relationships through seminars, trade shows, etc.

What you will get to do:
  • Market monitoring in assigned markets/industries to identify potential leads.
  • Identify decision-makers, consultants, and operators/users within the sales process.
  • Organize, participate, and contribute to marketing-related activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, reference visits, etc.
  • Develop concepts, calculations, and proposals for customers in collaboration with the Systems Designer and other Sales Engineers.
  • Commercial, legal, and technical contract negotiations.
  • Business development
  
What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Direct industry experience of automated material handling solutions and experience in a complex project environment.
  • Must have vast sales experience in material handling with an understanding of how to sell complex projects with a team approach.
  • Strong project management skills and flexibility.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including some international travel.
