Senior Account Executive – Bolingbrook, Illinois or Chino, CA
Disher is currently partnering with a leading provider of intelligent material handling systems to fill their Senior Account Executive role in Chino, CA or Bolingbrook, IL. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with key contacts with the goal of identifying new solutions sales opportunities and manage sales for key accounts.

What you will get to do:
  • Participate in prospecting and networking activities to develop new business.
  • Coordinate personal sales activities and implement sales plans for key accounts.
  • Identify and analyze issues with key account distribution systems and work with the Application Engineering Team to develop solutions.
  • Create initial concepts for the project before passing it off to the engineering team.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, trade organizations and customer trainings.
  • Implement Sales strategies and lead the sales process to meet or exceed sales goals.
What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.        
  • 10 or more years of experience in material handling sales.
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer material handling requirements.
  • Understanding of Warehouse Controls Systems, controls and mechanical elements is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and drive new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
